Freelance Court Reporters

We are in search of a quality freelance shorthand reporters to join us in either Billings or Bozeman, Montana.

Office Manager – Billings

We are looking for a well-rounded person to serve as our Office Manager in our Billings office.


This person must be professional, responsible, detail oriented, dependable and efficient. They must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. They must be sociable and able to give great customer service. They also must have a full grasp of basic office systems, as well as some technical savvy and be willing and open to embracing and mastering new technologies.

Scheduling is a significant part of this job as well, which will involve juggling multiple details, online research, phone and email correspondence and managing technical arrangements.

Hosting meetings, getting refreshments, stocking office supplies and a number of other tasks for managing the office will also be involved. 

Additionally, some basic marketing and area research will be required for encouraging location business growth.

Other tasks will be involved as required and are to be determined. 

This is a salaried, full-time position. Typical hours are 8 – 5 with hour lunch, but some after hours or weekends may be required on rare occasions.
